Chipirones are little squids. People think that they’re different species, but it’s not so. The chipirón will supply us with great quantities of proteins and also, it’s low in fat and calories. Besides from being an icon in spanish tapas, they also have presence in Mexican cuisine and in various Asian countries such as China and Japan.
